The trademark may have lapsed. Also, TSR is three letters. The logo shape and design is truly what is recorded with Library of Congress. Still, the TSR folks sued Gary for using Dangerous Dimensions, DnD.
They will quickly see how much money nostalgia brings. Perhaps measure success by how many times it is copied.

From the site: "Help playtest and submit constructive feedback will get credits as game testers in the next edition! Created by Stephen E. Dinehart IV and James M. Ward with Ernest Gary Gygax Jr., with art by Larry Elmore, Jeff Dee, Xan Holt, Steve Ince, Rolf Mohr & Josh Diffy."
My feedback would be that's a lot of folks in the Cover Band, and they're charging Beatle Mania rates from the audience. Boxed Set Preorder $79.99. Original was only ten. None of those still around?
Just checked, original 6th printing White Box sells on Nobel Knights for $795; add a Greyhawk for $200, and you got a rather epic RPG. Everything you need (except players) for under a grand.
