Dude. Chill
Message:One sentence about having a discussion within the group about what the boundaries are isn't some kind of "SJW" plot to destroy the hobby. Our group has done it as well. We all know when at the table not to start screaming profanities every five seconds, and Red's games basically have no sex in them - because romance and sex aren't things our group particularly wants to role play.
To be honest, when I was con ref-ing, I absolutely had times when I had to kick someone out of my games for being abusive towards a specific person at the table or towards a generic "group" in general, and I've been one of the men who had to protect little girls from creepers.
Game rules look potentially fine. The sample rules are very simple. Roll over 15 = success, roll 10 - 15= mixed, under 10 = fail. Cards have questions on them. "What hidden danger here isn't what it appears to be?" That's a perfectly valid question.
But I don't see anything in the excerpt pasted below worth anger:
"While you’re all playing in a made up world, there are real players at the table. It’s essential that everyone feels comfortable while playing together. Have a conversation about the things that make people uncomfortable before you jump into playing the game."
Yours,
