How could Mayweather not know?

Captain Mayweather obviously spends little time below-decks. I mean there was a rather large stretch of ocean between the Infidel colony and Europe. Hell, Lawrence fell, practically, at Mayweather's feet!

Methinks Yonten is giving the good Captain certain herbs in his tea that affect memory - else, he's as reliable a narrator as Lawrence; which is to say, more concerned with a mythic resonance and amusing telling than veracity.

In the meantime, Lawrence gets to "posthumously" check his level 4 Growth Ignoble when he finishes transforming into the Christian Bale Batman. Rest assured Lawrence shan't make the mistake of fighting his foes using the same tactics that led to his defeat, OR fake his death after two days and **** off to France with some girl. First, one can't **** off to France when one started there, and, second, he wouldn't go chasing after some girl, anyways.

(I'm half tempted to make Lawrence's "dear" as a PC seeking answers and/or revenge if Yonten is still in play the next time one of my PCs is killed or retired. Given the high body count of this campaign, and Nitesh's status as Tony's Imperial Majesty, Lord Berge du Destin, the Khan Bahadur's bodyguard meaning he only plays in missions involving the Emperor - unless His Majesty orders Nitesh to travel the world - it could totally happen!)
