Certainly the bow in naval warfare was inconsequential by 1591. The Thirty Years war was on the horizon with an era of pike and shot.

But what would Napoleon do with a B52 at Waterloo? Maybe win? At least have better recon. English had rifles and could fire three shots a minute and hold a square by 1815.
