Wick Two was Okay ... Wick Three was silly ...
Message:My brother had fond memories of it so we grabbed it off Paramount.
It's 90% punch punch. The choreography was very Jackie Chan-esque. (In my opinion, Chan did it better but that's a high bar.)
After an hour or so of it, I was numb to the "action".
This is how you do a fight scene:

They had a few bits like the guys seeing him as a celebrity. Great to get my ass beat by you Mr Wick. The battle in the room of knives was amusing.
Normal Hollywood laziness. No one does "business" in the Continental for fear of death. That rule was breached by the 2nd movie of course. And, forgiven ... of course. Yawn. They blew up the car and then put it all back together.
I was hoping that they would have some point to the punch punch. Wick just needed to beat his way through it. Talk about rail road.
So, we're going to discover the wife was also an assassin and set him up? What else do they have? The dog didn't really die?
I would say I could take or leave the movies ... nothing special ... but Keanu definitively sells the product. He's just making a dumb action flick to amuse the audience. No message. Just punch punch. (He is well served by the sheer incompetence of his competitors.)
