It seemed the results tended to be:
A - Gain an Ally
B - Lose an Ally
C - Gain a Combat Upgrade
D - Gain a Skill Upgrade
E - Lose a Combat Upgrade
F - Lose a Skill Upgrade
G - Get Injured
H - Get Healed
I - Suffer Mental Exhaustion (Shaken / Pinned)
J - Gain Property
K - Lose Property
L - Gain a Trait (Increase a Stat)
M - Lost a Trait (Decrease a Stat)
N - Participate in some Significant Event
O - Physically relocate
P - Consume Time
Q - Lose Memory
R - Lose Identity
S - Gain a Reputation (Good)
T - Gain a Reputation (Bad)
U - Learn an Important Piece of Information (Clue)
Make summary list of what changed in the "digression / LGO" event and then the final step is to make the "changes":
C - Gain 3 Enhancements (Swaggering)
E - Lose 2 Enhancements (Swaggering)
J - Gain Property (a magic sword)
I - Suffer Mental Exhaustion (Shaken)
N - Participate in some Significant Event (Kill the Pyrate King)
P - Consume Time (Sat in a prison for 5 years)
Depending on the system, those may be different things.
