After a few random cycles we started clearing out the problems.

Upon reflection, I think we had a few oops moments where people were rolling against the "Complexity" roll rather than the "Diagnostic" roll.

That would have eliminated the SNAFU rather than reduce it?

Fred was particularly hot on the topic.



And, a comment, in the rulez it says you have abandon ship when it gets out of control. I would suggest the ship is generally always out of control. Characters would just go into the deep recesses in the ship and wait for the SNAFUs to change? The ship goes where the wormholes take her. ("She takes ... she takes ... and gives nothing in return ....")

Does that mean the characters are just along for the show ... ala Indiana Jones ... uh ... well ... sort of.
