Disney is Notorious for Firing Animators

I was in the service (ages ago) w/ a man ten, fifteen years my senior, who enlisted because he lost his job at supermarket. He first trained his cheaper replacement.

Capitalism? Does it work anymore? I'm too old to have an opinion (that matters).
