Fluxx is Pish Posh .... wait a minute ....

Game night went with Fluxx as the intro game. I had found Fluxx Sci-Fi in the chaos that is the move.

This seemed like something to bring, small, easy to play. Lots of players if needed.

We played three games. Each got through the deck at least once which is impressive. It was a bit more tactical than I remember. Those that know Fluxx would say it's random.

But, one dude ... let me call him Squires Clone remembered all the cards and leveraged one card "The Computer" to get three wins.

One of the games a player made a mistake and should have won. Just a new player mistake.

I guessed wrong on my cards and pitched away a winner. I would say I was partially distracted with a personal matter but not sure it would matter. Squires Clone owned the night.

Normally, I would say Fluxx is pish posh .... not a serious game. But, I got the nice gamer endorphins on this one. Not entirely serious but each round, you thought you could control it.

Somewhere in the middle we tried "Snake Oil" which was a version of "Apples to Apples" if you know it. A slight variation. Not my favorite but others enjoy it.

Another fair night. It appears that the smaller games will have a place for a while. Not sure if they can handle the Gladiator game yet. Eventually.
