Well, yes.
Message:Outlands sits in between Cutlass and Demon Hunters.
Outlands introduces specific Trait Bonuses and multiple columns of Swaggering Techniques (the Character, their Sword, Mount and Magic), but, unlike Demon Hunters your Traits changing and shifting your Swaggering column isn't a mechanic. You always have all four columns in Outlands, and columns to the right of the sheet cab "cover" columns on the left - meaning if a table requires you to have Sword Swagger "C" and you lack that, if you have Mount or Magic "C" you still get Advantage on the roll.
Outlands has a full Encounters/Mission Gen card flip sequence, but the mechanics are simplified from Cutlass.
Make sure you grab the "Omnibus" version. Saves a few bucks over buying the original six books.
"Temples, Cults and Apostates," and "Fantasy Baronial Lifestyles" are quite useful suppliments for Outlands, and fantasy campaigns in general.
Huh - Red used to have an Outlands campaign (then actual mission notes) on DriveThru, but it's no longer up for purchase.
