Worked with a guy who would add white text jokes and derision into the Xcel Official Reports he sent up the chain. Why gov used Xcel? Why he did this? Who knows? I only know that (when and if) discovery would mean that management would get to choose someone they dislike (not just that guy) to blame and as able crush. Good joke.
