As the tools improve, true producer / directors / whatever the right term is will make the product interesting to watch. They will accumulate the "viewers" and thus the rewards.

This will only be possible when the Paramounts and CBSs collapse from their own dumb bloat. Good riddance to them. (They are being sold to bring the bad men in to fix what the current leaders can't fix.)
