You are adding new options faster than we can absorb them.

The combat still is chaotic with the cross chatter and people unable to communicate.

The benefit of Roll 20 is everyone can move the tokens themselves.

Perhaps, just put "Hit Tokens" on the page and each player moves them.

Levelling up should be reserved for the Sanctuaries to remove that activity in combat and such.

Everyone should be able to calculate THACO. It's pretty silly we're still struggling with that after almost 50 years.
