Not Truly a Fan

Like Nolan's movies but did not really like Batman series. First was stupid; second was Heath Ledger; third was stupid on toast. Have read that third suffered because Ledger died and could not reprise the role. Joker immortal even after fall to end second movie?

I did think Tim Burton Batman (1 & 2) missed a small teaser at start of first sequel where you show the morgue, table, only purple coat-sleeve and gloved hand as it (pan-in) spasms -- he's alive. Cool. Instead all movies in nineties were silly (all after first). Nicholson was great.

Joker is so easy to play well.

Rest of Batman? Most of comics? Only really enjoy Batman vs Joker, since Riddler is too tough to write (well).

Modern Joker J. Phoenix = Poor remake of King of Comedy.
