Hurt my brain ....
Message:
Why do the Salvage and Rescue Teams lead with automatic weapons? Oh, that. I see. I don't want that job anymore.
The spaceship crashes into the Earf and is barely scratched. Things are still sitting properly on the tables and aside from the bad monitors, everything appears to work.
The building however ..... not so much. Why not make the building out of whatever you make the spaceship out of?
So, we're 100 years in the future and we can fly a billion miles into space (no metric please) but somehow we can't make a radio that broadcasts more than 100 feet.
Why do all the tin heads have an extra dose of the heeby jeebies? (Tim Olyphant (sp??) ... Raylon ... remains fun to listen too ... but ... the heeby jeebie bells were going off.
The engineered Mary Sue has at least a reason to be the Mary Sue ... she was engineered to be the Mary Sue.
In the second episode, the Search and Rescue Team finds themselves in a damaged stairwell with a floor missing. So .... they returned to the surface and got a ladder. Trick!!!!!!! Rigged a rope bridge? TRICK!!!!! They LEPT across the deadly pit to get to the other side. (Then they went to the the other side of the door and used the elevator.) I lost 40 IQ watching that.
I had hoped for more.
Yours,
IronConrad
