First time I played Pinochle, a favorite of Sergeants in Rocket Fueling, I was dealt two sets of Queen of Spades with a Jack of Diamonds, the Pinochle combo.

It was a Royal Fizzbin.

They never played with me again. Thought I cheated. Sadly. I never got paid the victor's cokes I was owed.
