Taming Monsters to get more points. More lovely crunch points.

First game on Tuesday, made an error in the rules but we were all using the same error.

Got skunked. I was spasmodically forming plans to get 2's of points while my opponents were earning 10's of points.

Corrected the rules on Wednesday and played with an experienced player. I was more disciplined but made the critical error of trying to collect the same cards as the player ahead of me.

Wouldn't, Couldn't, Shouldn't. I was playing spoiler for the one player I feared.

In the end, another poor effort though I did form a plan for most nuclear nucleonic move of all time that would have won the game in a single play of a card. Just, I couldn't get the cards in place.

Not since Zapruder did a person over analyze so incorrectly.

But, it was fun. I would definitely recommend it. (Sold two copies of the game basically in the two games played ... plus two of us already had it.)
