The designers are playing catch-up. Have any of them lived in a real home with like stuff and problems.

Seems like we get the robot to help the person who also has a maid and a designer and eats out all the time. And its for the third vacation home they own.

The home vacuum should be shaped and have the power of a shop vac. The hose should extend on a retracting flexible arm, the hose itself should be an armature, or the entire thing should be a snake. Instead we get a pretty roving disk that can't navigate (easily) nor clean rug to floor interface points.

Ol' 'Obot Doe wit broom could get things done or get beat by robot overseer. Back in the Atlantean age.
