Art is Better than Reality

Message:

The sound of the silencer was selected for audio impact. Surprised that the makers of Suppressors have not found a way to construct the chamber to make that pew-pew sound. If these were not outlawed in most states, that might have happened.

Not to be too political, but Silencers are not the problem. Owners want them to reduce the noise damage to their ears. But Hollywood has convinced people that guns with silencers are more deadly. Oh well. Art has replaced Reality.

Funny but true: Suppressors only work on Automatic Weapons, not revolvers which have too much air leak. But watch old TV shows and see the number of pistols that have Silencers. Makes me laugh.
