Kinda Sad

I will watch it someday. The cast should have made this fun. But that's often not the case.

You would think that you could take one of many story arcs from the series of Fan-4 comics and find the plot for a good script. Unfortunately, the production design takes precedence before any story. They wanted a retro movie and paid no attention to how the powers of the four would make the team uniquely qualified to undertake this journey.

All I ask is one good movie a year. Last year was a series of gutter-balls. Even the Glass Onion was kind of cheating as a How-dun-it mystery. None of Top Twenty on end of year lists (that I saw) was worth a ticket. My daughter says Nuremberg was good. I'll see that on cable, perhaps.
