16 Card deck in which you play a simple "War Game".

The person who wins 5 Tricks wins.

Each card is numbered from 1 to 16 and both players have the same cards.

The card has a number on it and a special power.

The high value wins the trick ..... but .... the low card gets to trigger it's ability.

Chaos ensues.
