A Card of Rebalance

Message:

Reached a point where the player could swap his cards for the entire Market. My wife picked up twenty+ cards and would win in next few turns five at a time buying victory.

We have made some honest mistakes along the way. The worst may be that when someone wins, we immediately start the next game (often). Or shut the box. But we failed to add the next Stack Card for the victory card.

The concept may be under tested. Or pros may keep certain cards by agreement in play. I think the idea has merit, but the deck doesn't seem like it has more than a what do I do next game-play. Ans. Maximize what cards you have. Needs more Hazards. Better with more players adding chaos, maybe.
