Busy cards with odd fish names on them.
There are three lanes on the board that drive the accumulation of eggs, fish, schools of fish. Each round, you send your diver down one lane.
Apparently, it's the successor to Wing Span which is huge. This one did not feel it.
Short Summary:
(1) Don't game something you can do in real life. I can fish even if I don't. I can eat Filet O' Fish at Macs ... so ... the theme didn't grab me.
(2) Seemed a lot of Calvin Ball. The rules seemed to evolve. (Probably just my lack of knowledge.)
(3) Cards are tough on old man eyes. One of the few ways to score victory points is on a very small number of cards. So, farming the fish deck is important.
Didn't love it. My opponent was great and I would take a beating if that was the game they wanted to play. But, I stole the victory by anticipating the victory points a slight bit better.
Sometimes it pays to be lucky.
Yours,
