Optional, activate a Make-Roll for a Flair during each full Encounter Phase or the entirety of Climax, or Epilog, or Aftermath + Mission Gen; one Make-Roll expended will allow double rolls for all Q&D in the game period. e.g., Spend a Make-Roll for double roll attempts in Climax. Still not for Task Resolution, which improves with level.
Start of each Epilog forced to make a bad choice (self reflection): lose D4 of remaining Make-Rolls or a single Swaggering Technique. Select one or other. No Make-Rolls left, fine; lose none. No Techniques (rare), lose nothing. Have both, monologue and decide!
At end of adventure, following conclusion of Aftermath and Administer's Affairs (as conducted), half of all retained Make-Rolls rollover into the next adventure.
