At Atlantis Board Game night, one of the dude's that games there that we alternately call "Chaos" or "The Engine" wandered into the back of the shop and found the library of board games that lined the back walls.

The relics of once great games. Now, left on the back shelf for others to sneer at. No longer modern or cool.


He pulled out "Race for the Galaxy". Another Tom Lemann creation. (He has done a number of games you may remember: Dice Realms, Favor of the Pharaoh, Pandemic in the Lab, Roll for the Galaxy, Res Arcana, Jump Drive, Roll through the Ages and a number of expansions.)

This was a big one back in the day and it always seemed to kick my ass. I told "Chaos" we would return to this spot and I would teach him the old ways.

You may find it of interest for battles with the Cat. (Jump Drive is the lighter version that some prefer and some do not.)
