The Name is not familiar ....

The story of the "left USB sticks in random places for dummies to find" is familiar.
By that time, business computers had already turned off the USB drives.
They had limited some access to the user such as the registry and network locations. It tightens every day.
We taught the alarm clock how to kill us and it keeps trying. Let's put walls around the alarm clock? Or ... DON'T TEACH THE ALARM CLOCK HOW TO KILL YOU.
Different approaches.
PS: Another approach for libraries and such is ... just wipe the computer automatically every time a user logs out. Just put in a fresh image of the OS. The user only has access to their stuff and it gets wiped.
