Message:Our world is pretty from space; NASA has not taken a picture like the latest (Big Blue Marble) since 1972. So why did they publish the pict upside-down, and reverse image?
Yes, no true up or down in space. But we do have a reference model of North being top of frame. Our world in the press release looks alien or AI. The desert in frame is North Africa, Sahara. The small isthmus in lower left is Gibraltar, which is not an isthmus.
The pict is of Atlantic Ocean, southern Atlantic. The orientation = clownish crap.
I flipped it twice in Corel draw to see it NOT ass over teacups.
