As a first, we finally made a Hottest Seller list of Small Press games on the first day of release coming in at #40 on our Top of the Pops countdown. Took all of three sales. Thanks Conrad, Rusty and Tony.
For a hundred dollars in advertising budget plus twenty dummy accounts, I wonder if we could make the top ten. I'm still pleased that some gamers are looking for us. Maybe they have some sort of high-tech alarm like I've seen on those newfangly smart-phones.
I must admit I kinda felt bad for seeing the game there as Small Press. I always thought with previous games we were too big to be called peon press. I now know our omission was failure to impress with sales. Tough life as a pimp.
Maybe we'll stay in top hundred as two people have the Delvers game in a Shopping Cart. That despite I practically told all potential buyers to fug-off. Weaklings need not apply! Next game I write will cost $200K cash on the barrel head. Tentative title: Cash on the Barrel Head, Sensitivity Training & D20. Forward by Thulsa Doom; he's a voiceover artist and will do anything for SAG credit. Just read your lines mate and pretend sincerity, sensitive sincerity.
Now I just have to finish an inconceivable amount of Designing Underworld Themes. That Tarot deck has way too many cards. Post your suggestions below for the surface problems and politics, actually I'm still cribbing from Cutlass there. Nevermind.
