Yes, that too FORTY+ made me sneer. They do go quick, since your answering fluff like do you organize the bathroom or just do the business and leave.
I should never have posted this, but at the end it actually has curves, you in blue and the historic figure in red. Yes, curves. Very Battle Born, the way you are told the progress you have made, when objectively the curve actually says the opposite. I'm nothing like this guy. I can't fire a plasma rifle, so why did I earn a marksman badge? I'm Hitler because we are both vegan?
Reminds me of a jet jockey in service who told me about flight school. There is a test where you jump off a tower and fall by parachute. Fall is the term used, not descend. He said every time he landed on his feet, the instructor would come over and yell at him for improper technique. You're supposed to roll. He said every time he landed and rolled, he injured himself. He almost lost an eye. Again each time the instructor would run to him and he'd think "I must have just washed out." Nope, "great fall, do it again."
Battle Born writes itself, just make an heroic event and have that deliver death. Then ask how you can shirk your duty into the win. Less WWII, more Nam. Yet having lived with a WWII vet who told stories, it wasn't much like the movies (except for dying).
