Heavily study the module intro. Print out or have a map on screen. Going to need some tokens or miniatures.
Usually there is a travel to dungeon phase. So move the token and follow the module for any encounters planned or random. You can add in some sort of food check or attempt at a Swaggering Event to spice things up.
Having made it to the Dungeon
Well I think you will need to make some custom tables for Trap Events maybe a Custom Search Events Table. Using the Dungeon Wandering Monsters table from the module should be good enough. Figure 6 to 7 hex move should work maybe 5.
Now for Monsters you will just have to use your own judgment in translating them over. If they fall to easy try moving them up to the next category of strength.
You might need some Tonys as Red calls them. NPC's to soak wounds and set off traps. You do not want to many but at least 3.
Do a supply check or some kind of test every 2 to 5 rooms or make a Supply Event in Dungeon Table.
Now for Longboat In the World of Sand I'm changing Longboat over to Caravan / Adventuring Party. Then changing the name ever so slightly of the Swaggering to something more appropriate. (It will be assumed you have 15 to 200 folks with you)
Now the real challenge is going to be getting back to town. Going to need some townsfolk Interaction Tables and some Rumor Tables.
Constable / Town Guard Tables
Do some Swaggering Event Traning Test as part of Leveling Up!
That should be good to make it through Temple of Elemental Evil or Something
