Message:Leave No Astronaut Behind
Thanks to Tony in a moment of our game lore we never have to say we broke that commandment.

A distant inhospitable planet, left for dead, nursing a damaged suit back to base. Sci-Fi Roleplay with inhuman odds of reaching an evacuation site from a no-win war.
A two-page set of roleplay rules to run Theater of the Mind with simplicity and balance in an episode of classic sci-fi turmoil of the Mishap Genre. Concept by Patrick Barnes as inspired by the subgenre of a high-tech man still facing his own human frailty.
Special Note from Mr Barnes:
"Absolutely loved it! I can't believe George did this for me, it was a complete surprise to me. He changed my initial scenario around a bit but kept the essence of it. My idea was a future soldier who gets his suit damage and is knocked unconscious, then wakes up after the fight is over and his comrades have lost the fight and had to retreat without him. Now he wakes up with damaged communications and low oxygen and has to make it back to friendly lines dealing with whatever obstacles come up and, critically, before his internal atmospherics run out of stored oxygen. The use of screenshots from No Man's Sky was a great idea and really added to the story I think, making it entertaining to watch. Thanks for this, George, you're a good person and I sincerely and greatly appreciate it."
After that all I can say is You're Welcome. I had fun.
