Cantrips in Combat
There may be individual actions that could occur. Certainly, a GM might mix Ordeals among the combat rounds as players must retreat or circumvent obstacles as well as slay monsters.
In general, these are grouped:
1-1 to 1-6 Add one to roll for +Opportunity Knocks.
2-1 to 2-6 Add one to a roll +Black Arts.
3-1 to 3-6 Replace an Ace.
4-1 to 4-6 Reduce the damage taken by one; could save your life.
5-1 to 5-6 Add one to your level for activating your Gambit.
6-1 to 6-6 Activate to move a hex or slide an enemy away to an open hex.
Upon use, roll +Spell Ebb to see if the Cantrip Rank declines.
