Message:You've probably read about them. They want to throw small rockets into the upper atmosphere by spinning them around at about 10,000 G, then releasing them. Only transporting rocks and water and stuff like other ballistic launch ideas. The engineering is pretty cool. Let's see if they can get it working full scale. Might be crazy but at least they're taking risks and trying new stuff.
What we really need is a space elevator. The carbon fiber cable type. Didn't Era10 have tower space elevators at the poles? Or was that 2010?
I'd still rather spend money on NASA instead of recompense for slavery, but yes, SLS is a bad example of what happens when NASA gets it's funding through politics. First line of the Artemis mission home page: "With Artemis missions, NASA will land the first woman and first person of color on the Moon." That's pure science for ya.
