USMC at Waterloo Action Economy & Rules Understanding

I started playing it solo and referred to the videos. I wondered at the difference between the co-op and solo in terms of action economy. It seems like co-op allows for multiple chances to destroy the enemy versus solo, even though some things are shared.

Unless I am misunderstanding it, each player has their own life, XP, seabag, and PC with associated hp. Only the command arsenal and threat level are shared. Is the METT-TC chart shared too? If it is then I guess it's a common set of stuff, except the HP. Even so, it seems made easier by spreading out the damage amongst the players versus solo.

So far I'm doing ok, but am only 2 rounds in. It seems like once the enemy closes the distance that they're going to eat my lunch if I don't get great rolls to clear areas or lines of troops. Luckily I got the MAUL to protect my UGV from +Fluke.
